The Lakeview Estates POA is a Texas non-profit organization committed to promoting the social and physical welfare of the subdivision and the health and safety of its residents. 

The POA is responsible for the maintenance and preservation of the common properties located within the subdivision and the enforcement of the Reservations, Restrictions, and Covenants of Lakeview Estates.

The Board has the responsibility to protect, preserve, and enhance the value of the assets of the association and its owners.  The Board sets policies and procedures for the maintenance, administration, and financial well being of the association and often delegates the operational functions to various committees.  The Board is a community building body responsible for fostering and developing the quality of life in the community.

The LEPOA Board members are elected in April of each year by the individual property owners of Lakeview Estates. 

Board members commit their time, energy and focus to develop and maintain policies for the orderly operation of the association and for the use and enjoyment of the common areas and facilities within the subdivision.
